At NCM Electric Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Bike

  Carefully pack the electric bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for heavy freight items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
