Our bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars using the included toolkit and our step-by-step assembly guide.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for e-bikes may apply unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Can I ride my NCM e-bike in the rain?
Yes, our e-bikes are built with IP54 water-resistant components, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours and never submerging the motor or battery in water.
What kind of warranty is included?
Every NCM Electric Bike comes with a 1-year comprehensive warranty on all main electrical components, including the motor, battery, and display, plus a 2-year warranty on the frame.
